These are not the same login credentials used for the Client Area or cPanel
Please use 'Forgotten Password' if you are unsure of your helpdesk password.

Submit a ticket
We now ask all clients to open new helpdesk tickets via our client area which increases client security and allows a historical record of past tickets to be kept.

If unable to login to the client area you can reset your password or email billing@clook.net for help.

Clients are still able to login to this helpdesk (which is a separate login to our client/billing area) to view old tickets.
